One of our technical consultants will connect to your computer over broadband - you will be able to see how the problem is resolved and can maintain telephone contact throughout the session. You control when we connect and can terminate a session at any time..

Then on the designated day and time we will call to talk you through the simple steps of connecting your PC to our servers. Then you can sit back and watch our engineer at work.
